What did the Which? study reveal?
All four of the main comparison sites had errors including:
- Claims about sunroof cover being included but ultimately missing from the resulting policy.
- Numerous instances of a guaranteed courtesy car, which was not reflected in the policy documents.
- Exaggeration of personal accident cover, including overstating provider disability cover.
- Clear cases of overestimating cover for theft and loss of keys.
